OUR STORY

We began as a collective of four NYC-based artists: Natalia, Joyce, Anna, and Sabrina. Although we had known each other for years, we came together in 2023 to create something bold: an immersive theatrical experience unlike anything previously seen in New York. With backgrounds spanning interactive theatre, dance, traditional performance, vocal work, and experimental tech, our skills complemented one another seamlessly.

At the same time, Natalia was exploring the creative potential of AI. That curiosity sparked our first production, Soulmates (Not) Found, an AI-personalized immersive experience that premiered at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. As one of only a handful of AI-powered productions at the festival, the show offered valuable insight into how generative technology can enhance connection, interaction, and self-expression in theatre.

Working with developer David Gaynor, we built a custom AI tool capable of personalizing the narrative in real time, shaping storylines based on live audience input. Alongside our brilliant set designer, August Henney, we launched the project at Edinburgh Fringe 2024, where we sold out nearly every performance. In 2025, Shafik Quoraishee joined the team to expand our visual storytelling capabilities beyond the show's original audio and environmental focus.

Now, we’re thrilled to announce our next chapter: The Waiting Room is expanding. What began as an intimate 10-person experience will now accommodate 20 audience members per performance.
